Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Insurance’s board on Monday recommended the distribution of 15% of its capital (AED 15 per share) in cash dividends for 2017.
The proposed dividends amount to AED 16.5 million of RAK Insurance’s AED 110 million capital, according to a company statement.
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) listed firm reported a 12.5% decline in net profit during the fourth quarter of 2017.
